Shipping & Returns

Please read the below for our shipping and returns policy.


Shipping:

  • UPS is the standard shipping carrier for Works of Art Embroidery.
  • All orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise requested or specified.
  • Shipping charges will be included in the invoice for the shipment.
  • For those customers with a direct UPS account, we will be happy to bill the charges directly to that account.
  • As standard with UPS, they do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
  • If a P.O. Box is your only option, please specify and we will send it through the United States Parcel Service, however if you choose this method you will not be able to track your shipment as with UPS.


Returns:

  • Returns can be made if the item has not been embroidered or laundered.
  • It is our policy to thoroughly inspect garments when received from the manufacturer.
  • All defective items received from the manufacturer are immediately returned and replaced with a new item.
  • Unfortunately some items that do come in defective can sometimes slow our delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work with you in order to satisfy your needs.
